Checklist of Requirements

The housing loan requirements may be less or more depending on the subdivision / condominium project you would like to purchase from. The list may look a little overwhelming, especially to first time buyers. We will be providing you some of the documents on the list so don’t worry. If you have any questions regarding the requirements, contact us anytime.

Initial (to be submitted upon reservation)

call slip buyer’s profile (fully accomplished and signed) reservation fee computation sheet identification card (government issued ID) latest and certified payslip (1 month) – if thru HDMF or Bank Financing 

In-house Financing (to be submitted within a month after reservation)

processing fee latest income tax return or ITR (original) certificate of employment and compensation payslip 2 pcs 2X2 ID picture of spouses, if married marriage contract, if married (photocopy) birth certificate, if single (photocopy) Post-dated checks for equity and amortization TIN card/TIN verification slip (photocopy) contract to sell (signed) deed of restrictions (signed)

Pag-ibig Financing (to be submitted within a month after reservationsigned deed of restrictions)

processing feepost-dated checks for equitymarriage contract, if married (photocopy)birth certificate, if single (photocopy)latest income tax return or ITR (original)certificate of employment and compensationValid and Approved Membership Status Verification Slip or MSVS (Pag-ibig seminar)4 pcs 1×1 ID pictureproof of billingTIN card / TIN verification slip (photocopy)

OFW

contract of employment (with POEA seal) – with English translation if written in foreign language passport (front and departure date) photocopy special power of attorney (notarized)

Self Employed

latest business permit and original receipt (at least 2 years in business) audited financial statement BIR letter of confirmation

 

PNP/AFP

certification from the PNP board
